Lead Grill Master"Yo family! Come say what's up to our right hand, Hoelen, who is absolutely crushing it for us on the truck at Sunset Hill Brewing Company. Hoelen joined the team in May of 2025 and had aspirations of running a foodtruck of his own. At Mangia, Hoelen is cooking up smash burgers, steaks, loaded fries, and constantly crafting specials. Not only is he great on the grill, but his personality fits the mold of the family-oriented culture we are building at Sunset, Mangia, and Nicky's and Ant's."
