What started as a single food truck vision has grown into a family of two kitchens, each with its own personality but sharing the same heart: bringing people together through exceptional food made with love.
The Mangia Mobile journey
2023: The Beginning
Mangia Mobile was born from a passion for bringing exceptional food directly to our community. We partnered with Sunset Hill Brewing Company, creating the perfect marriage of craft beer and artisanal food.
Early Success
The first few months were incredible - our smash burgers, loaded fries, and weekly specials quickly became favorites among brewery visitors and locals alike.
Challenges & Growth
When township restrictions limited our food truck hours, we saw it as an opportunity rather than a setback. We decided to open our prep kitchen to the public.

Our mobile kitchen continues to serve innovative smash burgers, loaded fries, and weekly specials at Sunset Hill Brewing Company. Each dish is crafted to pair perfectly with craft beer in a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.

Named after ourselves, our High Street storefront showcases intentional Italian-American cuisine, with classic sandwiches and comfort food made with imported ingredients and uncompromising attention to detail.
